This 2-hour event will feature three exceptional presentations led by accomplished instructors who will each share their unique expertise through discussion, demonstration, and knowledge exchange. The goal is to highlight the strength, diversity, and depth of our women practitioners within the ITF community.
Presentations will include:

- Sabum Soledad Serrano – Martial Meditation
- Sabum Silvia Farigu & Sabum Cristian Oriolani – Pre-arranged Sparring
We believe this session will not only showcase the technical and philosophical aspects of our art but also serve as an inspiring platform to support and promote women’s contributions within the ITF.
